Cushions are made through a process of thermoforming and hot shearing. Both the polyester fabric for the top of the cushion and the non-slip underside fabric are each separately adhered to polyurethane rubber.

Both sides are then matched, inserted into a custom fit chair seat mold and heated to 180 centigrade to seal them into a cushion. The edges are immediately sheared for a continuous seam with no stitches.
